A newly built, beautifully furnished, well equipped and fully air conditioned three bedroom second floor apartment (comfortably sleeps 8 people) with a communal swimming pool located within the complex. The apartment enjoys unobstructed views of open country side, Famagusta City and the Mediterranean Sea.
Secluded sandy coves are a 15 - 20 minute walk away (a few minutes by taxi, hire car or scooter).

The apartment is 69km from Larnaca Airport of which 60kms are travelled on motorway / dual carriageway, therefore, time taken is approx 40 minutes.

It is situated in a quiet area of Kapparis, a costal village nestling between the inland town of Paralimni and the costal resort of Protaras.

If you prefer a quiet peaceful holiday away from the hustle and bustle of over commercialised resorts then Kapparis is for you. A selection of bars and restaurants can be found in Kapparis village, a 10 - 15 minute walk away.

Should you change your mind the lively resort of Ayia Napa with its variety of clubs, discos, pubs and restaurants as well as the famous Nissi Beach and Waterpark is within 10kms, while the resort of Protaras, which also offers an array of clubs, discos, pubs restaurants and excellent beaches is but 6kms away. Many would say that Protaras equals if not surpasses Ayia Napa with its selection of nightlife.

The traditional Cypriot town of Paralimni is 2kms away.

The apartment comprises 3 bedrooms in total

  • Double sofa bed in the lounge .

The apartment will sleep 6 people comfortably or 8 people if using the sofa bed in lounge

 Bed linen and towels are provided for your use

You will need to supply beach/pool towels

  • Air-conditioning keeps the apartment cool.
Entertainment :
  • The apartment has television dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds.
Eating & living :

Comfortable dining for 4 people in the dining area with additonal seating for 6 on the balcony.

Balcony also has a BBC for your convenience

To prepare food you will find: A cooker, fridge/ freezer, kettle, toster & George Forman

You will also find a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. Cutlery, crockery, glassware and cooking utensils are provided.

The apartment is in a quiet area. It has access to a shared swimming pool, a balcony, sea views, beautiful panoramic views, and a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking. The outside areas of the house having external lighting.
